  • Representation of clients in numerous proceedings in front of the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw;
  • representation of a contractor in proceedings in front of Lewiatan Court of Arbitration;
  • participation in a dispute falling under the ICC Arbitration Rules;
  • representation of clients in mediations, in particular in relation to the contractual penalties under IT contracts.
