Professional career

Since 2010 – Head of the Intellectual Property Law practice at Wardyński & Partners sp.k.;

Since 2007 – Partner at Wardynski & Partners sp.k.;

Since 2001 – lawyer at Wardynski & Partners sp.k.

Responsible for issues relating to various aspects of intellectual property law, particularly trademarks, industrial designs and unfair competition. I have many years of experience in litigation, civil and criminal disputes, as well as in negotiating settlements.

Arbitration experience

Arbitrator in the Arbitration Court of the audiovisual market SARA (inactivity of the Court).

Membership in organizations

• INTA – International Trademark Association;
• PACA – Polish Anti-Counterfeiting Association;
• Biolegis – a pan-European network of independent law firms with in-depth expertise in life science.
