Arbitration experience

• From 1998, Dr. Voithovic has served as a leading counsel, co-counsel and consultant in 12 investor-state arbitration proceedins under ICSID, CDSID Additional Facility, UNCITRAL and SCC Rules, including 3 ECT cases.
• Mr Voitovich acted as an arbitrator, sole arbitrator and presiding arbitrator in more than 30 commercial cases, including proceedings under the UNCITRAL Rules and ICAC Proceedings.
