2023 Distinguished doctoral thesis in the 8th edition of the C.H. Beck publishing house competition named after prof. Z. Radwański competition for the best doctoral thesis in the field of private law (the prize is the publication of a monograph)

2023 distinction for the doctoral dissertation in the 20th edition of the Prof. M. Kulesza competition for the best doctoral dissertation on the functioning of local government (cash prize)

VIII 2020-VIII 2023 Implementation of the grant obtained under PRELUDIUM 18 awarded by the National Centre for Science, the grant includes funds for the publication of a monograph devoted to the issues addressed in the doctoral dissertation and a further five scientific articles in foreign journals, as well as consultations at foreign research centres, i.e. Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and Université Panthéon-Sorbonne. Publications in the form of scientific articles financed under the above grant will concern: a comparison of Polish law with German, French and English law, fundamental problems of liability for planning damage in Polish law and the possibility of distinguishing model solutions concerning this liability in European legal orders
