Counsel in more than a dozen arbitrations conducted under the rules of Polish and foreign permanent arbitral institutions, as well as under the UNCITRAL Rules, both in Polish and English, including: 

  • representing an international supplier of industrial gases and chemicals in a dispute over a pricing formula and valorization (Rules of the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration);
  • representing a major Polish mineral water producer in an investment arbitration against the Slovak Republic (UNCITRAL Rules);
  • representing a pharmaceutical company in a quality dispute with a drug manufacturer (Swiss Rules of International Arbitration);
  • representing a company in the confectionery industry in a product conformity dispute (Arbitration Rules of the SCC Arbitration Institute);
  • representing a company from the railway industry in a dispute over the ownership of the railway infrastructure and monetary claims arising therefrom (Rules of the Court of Arbitration at the  General Counsel to the Republic of Poland);
  • representing a leading manufacturer of noise and vibration monitoring equipment in a dispute with one of its foreign distributors (Rules of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce);
  • representing a provider of software solutions for the fitness industry in a series of proceedings against software users from a number of various jurisdictions (Rules of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce).

Counsel in a number of post-arbitral proceedings for the enforcement of domestic and foreign arbitral awards, as well as for the annulment of domestic Polish arbitral awards.
