Arbitration experience

• arbitrator listed by the OIRP in Warsaw, arbitrator listed by the Arbitration Court at the ZBP in Warsaw. Professional experience includes conducting and supervising the conduct of arbitration disputes by other law firms, conducted on behalf of investment funds, special purpose vehicles and Investment Fund Company. The proceedings included disputes arising from contracts concluded by these entities – lease agreements, construction contracts including those related to the construction of shopping centers and office facilities, service contracts, agency contracts, service contracts related to the operation of shopping centers and office facilities, real estate acquisitions as well as claims against investment funds and investment fund companies.
