Professional career

Managing Partner of the law firm SPCG – T. Studnicki, K.Płeszka, Z.Ćwiakalski, J.Górski sp. kom. Head of “german desk” of the SPCG law firm.

Co-founder of the SPCG law firm and its long-standing partner. For many years he combined his legal practice with academic work at the Jagiellonian University.

He deals with issues in the field of civil law, company law and administrative law, in particular including issues of construction law and planning and spatial development.

He has represented clients in numerous arbitration and court proceedings concerning in particular the settlement of construction and infrastructure works and participated in numerous real estate acquisitions for commercial purposes, including office and large-area shopping malls.  He has also dealt with issues of unfair competition and intellectual property.

Arbitration experience

  • Participation as a legal representative in over a hundred arbitration proceedings before permanent and ad hoc arbitration tribunals.

Membership in organizations

  • Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers;
  • Member of the National Chamber of Tax Advisers (Małopolska Branch).
