  • representing the respondent (international investor, owner of a shopping center) in KIG arbitration against a would-be tenant;
  • representing the claimant and counter-respondent (a municipal company) in ICC arbitration against the main contractor relating to the performance of a FIDIC contract for a local transportation investment;
  • representing the claimant and counter-respondent (main contractor of a unique multi-purpose investments in Poland) in ICC arbitration against the employer relating to the contractor’s claims for nearly EUR 30 million (contract based on a FIDIC form);
  • advising the client in relation to potential investment arbitration;
  • representing the respondent (a producer of alcoholic drinks) in KIG arbitration against its distributor on the UK market;
  • acting for the respondent (international real estate investor) in ICC arbitration for payment of an earn-out-fee relating to a sale and leaseback of a hypermarket chain in Poland;
