  • Counsel in more that 100 domestic and international arbitrations; 
  • sole and side arbitrator in more than 30 arbitrations. 

Representative cases:

  • Represented a large packaged foods company as defendant in an arbitration with a contractor (2000);
  • Represented a Polish communications company as defendant and cross-plaintiff in a major arbitration dispute with a global telecommunications operator (2001-2003);
  • Acted as lead counsel for a Polish spirit manufacturer as defendant in arbitration and litigation with a Polish competitor and U.S. vodka distributor. Successfully argued the case before the Supreme Court (2001-2006).
