• January 2023 – SKP Ślusarek Kubiak Pieczyk sp. k. – of counsel – specialization: copyrights and other rights related to music recordings / neighbouring rights, protection of the image, personal rights of performers, management of copyrights/ neighbouring rights through collecting society (ZAIKS, STOART, SAWP, ZPAV);

• Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Agata Bajno – cooperation with entities from creative industry:

  • Universal Music Publishing Sp. z o.o in Gdańsk – copyrights, contract with authors, license agreements regarding the exploitation of rights to musical works, agreements with ZAIKS;
    • 2115 Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw – record company / music recording of polish artists;
    • cooperation with music artists, authors, producers, managers, photographers, producers of audio-visual materials;
    • mediations within the scope of disputes in the creative industry regarding the rights of performers, authors, producers, image rights, protection of personal rights;
    • Foundation AKEDA in Cracow– member of Foundation Council – pro bono activities / music / artistic project;

    – neighbouring rights, phonogram producer rights, the image of performance rights;
    – artist agreement, license agreements, distribution agreements, advertising agreements, , cooperation agreements relating to artistic performers rights;
    – participation in the advisory group of ZPAV Audio Video Producers – giving opinions on draft legal acts related to music industry, giving opinion of activities of phonographic industry in 2000-2022;
    – conducting negotiation agreements related to polish and international music industry projects;

  • Universal Music Publishing Sp. z o.o. – Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Agata Bajno – copyrights, authors agreements, license agreements regarding the exploitation of rights to musical works; agreements with ZAIKS;

Arbitration experience

• To date, I have no professional experience before an arbitration court;
• I have experience in out-of-court mediation.
