Responsible for issues relating to various aspects of intellectual property law, particularly trademarks, industrial designs and unfair competition. I have many years of experience in litigation, civil and criminal disputes, as well as in negotiating settlements.

Arbitration experience

Arbitrator in the Arbitration Court of the audiovisual market SARA (inactivity of the Court).
