Professional career

  • Cooperation with Ringier Axel Springer Polska (2019 – 2023), publisher of press and online media (including Onet, Forbes, Newsweek, Fakt, Przegląd Sportowy) as an expert in new technology law (public affairs). Cooperation with numerous prestigious law firms (Wardynski & Partners, Hasik Rheims & Partners, also Gessel) in the role of a lawyer conducting disputes in the field of intellectual property law and new technologies, as well as an expert solving particularly complex legal issues.
  • Deputy legal director of Poczta Polska S.A. (2013 – 2016) and director of the legal department of the aviation company EADS PZL WARSZAWA OKÊCIE (2005 – 2006).
  • Board member of the REPROPOL collective management organization (2022 – 2023), long-time judge of the Internet Domain Arbitration Court at PIIT and member of its council (2022 – 2023).
  • Lecturer in intellectual property law (including procedural aspects) and new technology law with particular emphasis on Artificial Intelligence at postgraduate programs at numerous Warsaw universities (ALK, IPN PAN, SGH, PJATK). He taught copyright law to judges at the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution before the establishment of judicial departments for intellectual property cases.
