Professional career

I am currently a retired professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. I was the vice-dean of the Faculty of Management and Social Communication and the director of the Institute of Journalism. At my home Department of Intellectual Property, I headed the Department of Media and Competition Law.

Arbitration experience

  • I am an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce;
  • I am an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court at PIIiT;
  • I was an arbitrator at the Audiovisual Market Arbitration Court.
