Professional career

• Michał Markiewicz is an attorney at law and holds a PhD in law. Since 2019, he has been a partner at the Markiewicz Sroczyński Mioduszewski law firm. He is an assistant professor at the Jagiellonian University in the Intellectual Property Law Chair.
• His professional experience is related to many years of serving clients in the field of intellectual property rights, including, in particular, copyrights and trademarks.
• He is the author of various scientific publications in the field of intellectual property rights and several dozen press articles on these issues.

Arbitration experience

• Experienced in negotiations concerning intellectual property rights and mediation proceedings.

Membership in organizations

• Member of the Cracow Bar Association.
