Professional career

  • Lawyer, member of the Warsaw Regional Bar Council. Partner at the consulting firm Olesinski i Wspólnicy, previously partner at the law firm Maruta Wachta, where he acted as head of the dispute resolution practice, which he founded and led for 10 years. Wojciech Jarosinski has 12 years of experience in new technology law and dispute resolution. In the ranking of the Rzeczpospolita journal, Wojciech Jarosinski became the leader of litigation lawyers in Poland four times (2018-2021), and the team he led won the title of leader in litigation twice. Wojciech was featured in the Who’s Who of Foreign Attorneys section of the American magazine National Jurist, Fall 2019 issue.

    (1) counsel for respondent in a dispute concerning a failed M&A transaction, the dispute is pending;

    (3) co-counsel for respondent in an international dispute that concerned a settlement of a management contract for a steel company, 2018;

    (5) arbiter in arbitration proceedings under SA KIG, 2023.
  • B. Disputes before the Court of Arbitration at the Confederation of Leviathan:
    (1) counsel for respondent in a cross-border dispute (U.S.-Poland) concerning the settlement of an IT system maintenance contract, 2020.
