Arbitration experience

• Representing Polish companies in international arbitration proceedings under the arbitration rules of ICC, SCC and UNCITRAL, in particular in construction disputes, disputes arising out of M&A transactions and joint venture projects;
• Representing Polish and foreign entities in arbitration at the Arbitration Court of the Polish Chamber of Commerce, in particulat in relation to contracts for the international sales of goods;
• Advising foreign investors in international investment arbitrations concerning their investments in Poland on the basis of the relevant Bilateral Investment Treaties;
• Working as a member of the Nomination Committee of the Lewiatan Arbitration Court.
